1. Almond shake: -
5 almonds, ½ tsp cardamom powder, ½ tsp fennel seeds, 4 tsp sugar and 2 cup milk. Soak 5 almonds in water overnight. Peel the skin. In a blender add almonds, sugar, and cardamom powder and fennel seeds. Blend all ingredients together and finely add milk in the almond paste. Now blend all ingredients. Serve it chill or hot as per taste
2. Healthy Recipe with carrot: -
2 cup grated carrot (after piling skin), 2 cup whole milk, and ½ cup icing sugar, 1 tsp cardamom powder, and 1 tsp pure oil. In a pan pre-heat oil and add grated carrots. On slow flame cook carrots to evaporate the water. After mix milk, nuts and cardamom. Now cover the pan with lid and reduce the milk on slow flame. When its consistence becomes thick adds sugar and cook for 5 minutes. Finely off the flame.You can Reserve it in freezer for more then 2 weeks. And 1 ounce consumption is sufficient for having its benefits.
3. Healthy spinach Recipe: -
2 cup boiled spinach, 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped tomato, 4-5 cloves of fresh garlic, 3 tsp olive oil 1 tsp salt, 3 tsp green chilies, and 1 spoon fresh cream. In a frying pan preheat oil and sauté onion and garlic. When these get golden brown in color add chopped tomato, salt and green chilies. After 5 minute when it release its raw flavor off the flame. Now in blender add boiled spinach and ready onion masala. Now blend all ingredients together and make smooth gravy. After in a pan again cook this gravy for 5-10 minutes and mix cream. Now you can mix in spinach gravy corns, cheese or potato which you like. (Try to prefer cheese)
