I have been looking into some other items and sourcing recipes of things I can bake for the Christmas period, we have a family day at my parents house at some point over the festive period so I can take some baked goods along to share with the family.

I have the traditional minced pies as well as sausage rolls, some with onion, some with red onion and some without as not everyone likes onion, some cheese straws and some chocolate fudge and I may get some peppermint and make some mint chocolate fudge and peppermint creams.

Looks like I will be a busy little baker in the coming weeks!
