Working at Film Annex, I watch short movies every day. And during the past months, I came across very good ones that I wanted to share. Browsing through the website can take time and you might want some suggestions.

A first day at school can be tough. Especially if you end up in detention class. Watch 'First Day' to figure out why. I bet you will laugh. Special mention for the great acting of all characters.

In 'Ready or Not', a deserted London becomes the perfect playground for a chase. Beautiful exterior shots.

'One Night Stand' is definitely in my top 3. Don't the title by itself make you want to watch it? The whole story happens in a student's bedroom, the morning after, when a young woman tries to avoid the 'walk of shame'.

Having someone talking on the phone next to you while you are trying to follow your favorite TV program can be pretty annoying. You will laugh again with 'I'll Call You Back' but the ending... you won't expect!

On a more serious note, 'Motus' is about a taboo and secret relationship between a man and a woman. You might want to keep some funny films for after! And special personal mention for the French language(don't worry, there are subtitles).

And a last one for the 'cute' part: how a father-to-be gets 'Cold Feet'. This one is an animated short with great work on character design.
