Today i am going to talk about methods to reduce the weight.
Green Tea:
On research it is found or examined that green tea results in increase in Metabolism & increase the speed of reducing weight.So drink Green tea as you want hot or cold but add a little amount of Honey in that.
There is no problem if you drink black tea or tea(with milk) because they consist of anti-oxidents which reduce toxicated material from our body but keep in mind that in milk tea you should not add sugar.
Low-fat milk:
Milk is a great source of getting protein,vitamin & calcium.It made our bones strong & it is also useful in many other process.So we should drink milk daily but use milk with low-fats which is available in markets easily. If you are feeling tired then you should try milk with chocolate because it is useful after exercise.
Black Coffee:
If you drink a hot cup of coffee or ice coffee during day it will also reduce weight because the presence of Kafine in it reduce hunger & it is also discover in research that it increase Metabolism but add a very little amount of sugar in it & if you want to add milk so you should add milk with low-fats.
So we should take these things on daily basis & use others steps also to reduce our weight on a large scale.....
