According to Theodore Rosevelt, the most important single ingredient in the formula of success is knowing how to get along with people. Having good relationship with other people whom you get along with is very important for this matter.

      All people have something in common such as:

1. They like to feel special, so sincerely compliment them. Greet them if they accomplished something. Show them that you recognize the efforts they made. This will inspire them to work more.

2. They want a better tomorrow, so show them hope. Words of encouragement will do because sometimes they get low emotionally.

3. They want sucess so help them win. Support them by showing you are at their side anytime they need help. Show them the right path or direction they must take so that they wont get lost.
