First Kneel with your legs together arms out in front of you,palm facing your thighs.Drop your chin to your chest position and start to inhale.Then Raise your head and lean back.Move your hands to the back of your thighs and let them drop lower to support your weight.After then drop your head back and relax your spine.Then start begin to exhale as you return to the starting position.
