When you are given a responsibility :

 It doesn’t mean that someone else should make sure it is done, or manage your office ,or do what you’re supposed to do properly..

 

Manage and stand up behind and motifs, convey the values Treat others respectfully

or

 Help the poor

 or

Or visit the ill

It’s not about you being set to have the responsibility of a firm or certain group it’s about God creation us all human and giving us the business of mankind.

Therefore, no other person is there to do what we’re supposed to !
