Singer Rihanna was so afraid of sharks after viewing horror movie "Jaws" as a teenager that she used to take "months off" from visiting to the beach. Talking to Harper's Bazaar in its March 2015 issue, the 26-year-old accepted that she was scared of going into water because she thought it was overspread with sharks.

She grew up viewing the horror movie franchise, but when she would ready to face the waters, her father would hum the picture's tune to afraid her, reports a website. When asked if she viewed the movie as a child, Rihanna told: "It freaked me out because I was a beach baby, so every time a new 'Jaws' came out I would take months off from the beach or just sit on the sand".
