Congrats to Ronda Rousey, a winner once again of an ESPN Espy award. The Ultimate Fighting Championship's (UFC) bantamweight champion claimed the title of "Best Female Athlete" at the 2014 awards. Rousey is the first UFC fighter to win an Espy. She beat out Maya Moore of the WNBA, Olympic skier Mikaela Shiffrin and Breanna Steward of the University of Connecticut's NCAA basketball squad to claim the award.

According to Bouncer Chronicles, Ronda, 27, is an Olympic bronze medalist in Judo. She is 10-0 in MMA bouts and has defended her UFC bantamweight title 4 consecutive times. She recently knocked out Olympic wrestling silver medalist and number 2 ranked UFC fighter Alexis Davis in just 16 seconds.
