Hello Friends, I hope you are doing fine. Today, I have come up with my another new Blog with the title of Roxette - The Pop Rock Duo. Friends, Roxette is a famous Swedish Pop Rock Band which are famous for their outstanding songs and performances. In a long music career, they have produced amazing and mesmerizing masterpieces which are still fresh in the music lovers' minds. Roxette is a multi-Award winning Band which gained immense popularity on international level. This band was formed in mid 1980's and the lead members are Marie Fredriksson and Per Gessle. They formed this band when they were in their 20's soon, they managed to get a chance to rock the international music world. Roxette has distinction in Pop Music, Pop Rock and Adult Contemporary Music Genres. This band has so far released ten studio albums and managed to sell more then 75 Million records in its music career. This Band showed extreme determination, hard-work and enthusiasm in their work. New bands and singers these days look upon them and regard them as a role model and dream to get closer to the height of fame and international recognition that they attained. Roxette has won many mind-blowing certifications and awards such as MTV Video Music Awards, World Music Awards, Australian Pop Music Award and many other national and international awards that show Roxette's greatness in their work. Roxette has some real music talent with a beautiful voice combination that touched the hearts of music lovers. Roxette is the second most commercially successful band from Sweden, after ABBA. They have sold an estimated 60 million records with over 3.5 million record sales in the United States, achieving platinum for Joyride and Look Sharp! there. They enjoyed worldwide success, from the late 1980s until the mid-1990s, gaining nineteen UK top 40 hits and four US #1 singles with "The Look", "Listen to Your Heart", "It Must Have Been Love" and "Joyride". Two further singles, "Dangerous" and "Fading Like a Flower", hit #2. They also achieved three #1s and seventeen top 10 singles in Sweden.

This album paved the way for Roxette career in the music world and proved to be a great success. For this album, Roxette worked under many renowned Music Producers, Directors and Singers such as Clarence Öfwerman and Adam Moseley. Roxette released their fifth studio album with the title of Crash! Boom! Bang! in April 1994 under the banner of EMI Records. This album was also based on Pop Music and Pop Rock Music genres and contained 15 songs. For this album, Roxette co-produced and worked under the collaboration of many Music Producers, Directors and Songwriters such as Clarence Öfwerman. This famous album was also declared as a Commercially Hit album and widely praised by music critics and music fans all around the world. This album managed to sell more than 5 Million copies worldwide. This famous music album was also an International Hit album as it reached number three spot on Music Charts in the United Kingdom and high spots in many countries like Canada, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and Switzerland. In order to promote this album, Roxette embarked upon their famous music tour Crash! Boom! Bang! Tour which further cemented their popularity. Roxette also released five singles from this album and all made good progress on the Music Charts worldwide. Roxette 's released single Fireworks (video below), Sleeping in My Car, Crash! Boom! Bang!, Run to You and Vulnerable were commercially successful songs and managed to reach high spots on the UK Singles Chart as well as reaching top spots on many Music Charts in Europe and managing to reach within the top ten spots in almost every chart.
