Russians are not good for India

Goa is the favorite place for Russian in India Most of Russian coming to India for vacation specially Goa. Goa is famous city because of the beaches in India Russian are coming for enjoyment and time pass to Goa. And they are a big income for Indian especially for Goa city but in most of issue Russian are not good for Goa city. Most foreign people especially Russian don’t know the rules of India. They break the rules of India government and they prepare away for big corruption in India that included different issue. And each country most distorted by corruption so my advice for India government to avoid from this for the better future of India especially Goa.
