The Samsung Galaxy Mega 2 has popped up on Samsung's official website for Thailand where Samsung lists a lot of details along with product images and specs for the device.
The Galaxy Mega 2 has been on sale in Malaysia and even Thailand for awhile now and has been previewed, this is as close to an official announcement as it gets.
The Samsung Galaxy Mega 2 has a 6" 720p screen on the front and is bigger than the 5.7" Galaxy Note 4. It replaces the 5.8" and 6.3" Mega's of old and seems to go for that middle ground.
Under the hood there's an Exynos 4415 chip with a quad-core 1.5GHz processor, 1.5GB of RAM, 8MP and 2.1MP camera duo, LTE connectivity and a dual-SIM option.
