On September 4, Samsung plans to introduce its Smartwatch, but many people wonder if it will be enough to start a new market. For a week, starting today Samsung will initiate the Smartwatch at the IFA trade show in Berlin. The Samsung executive told the Korea Times that the Smartwatch will be called "Galaxy Gear". He also said "We are ahead of Apple at the moment", knowing that they too plan to release a watch product soon. This makes the public wonder which company's product is better for them.

The Smartwatch is roughly 3 inches in diameter and has large square bezels on the top and bottom. This gives the watch a rectangular outline with round corners. Samsung informed that this watch has Bluetooth and Wi-Fi  connectivity and could connect to all Galaxy S devices. The Smartwatch has a decent 4 megapixel camera on its strap and speakers in its clutch. Samsung's S Voice, for making voice commands, is included, social media is integrated, the battery lasts 10-plus hours, users can view photos in a gallery, and a swipe function wakes the watch.

For the record, Samsung said that this watch won't have any flexibility but products like that are in working process. According to research 15 million Smartwatches are to be sold in 2013, which is about  $70 million by 2017. In the year 2014, Samsung also plans to make Smartglasses which are estimated to sell for $1.5 billion on the market. Luckily these marvelous watches are going to get sold in New York by this week.
