Instead of eating leftovers for lunch, which is usually rice and some meat, I thought of eating what I make for the kids for school. I decided to eat sandwiches. Nothing fancy. Just some Miracle Whip, cheese, cream cheese, meat and lettuce on Dempsters Super Grain Whole Wheat Bread. Correction - the kids don't get the whole wheat. They usually have white bread. Today was a little different with my oldest getting instant noodles with soup in a sealed glass container. The youngest got the meat, cheese, lettuce on a wrap.
Enjoying my lunch now. Not too heavy, so it's good to keep my calorie intake down.
