INGREDIENTS:
2 whole Tilapia (scaled and cleaned) rock salt 6 cloves garlic 2 onions (diced) 4-5 large ripe tomatoes (diced) 1 cup water 2 eggs (beaten) 2 tbsp Fish Sauce (Patis) 2 tablespoons cooking oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
Sprinkle rock salt into the crevices of the Tilapias. Heat the cooking oil in a large frying pan. Fry both sides. Set aside. Using another sauce pan, sauté garlic, onion and tomatoes until soften and they fragrant the whole house Add water, bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the tilapia and spoon over the tomato and onion sauce over the fish. Add the beaten egg. Give it a stir to incorporate the eggs into the fish dish. Add the fish sauce. Let everything simmer for 5 minutes. Serve immediately with a freshly boiled rice. Enjoy!
