SCBA chief urges federal govt to convene CCI meeting

ISLAMABAD: The president of the Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA), Mr Ali Zafar, requested the PML-N government on weekday to instantly convene a gathering of the Council of Common Interests (CCI) to settle disputes among the provinces.

“Further delay in assembly the CCI meeting may well be dangerous for the govt.,” Mr Zafar same, adding that rumours were rife that a constitutional petition was getting to be moved before the Supreme Court in an exceedingly few days.
