Relation between Science and Engineering:-

The progress that today World has made is just because of Theory of Science & Engineers put these theories into Physical Application.

Example;

Sadi Carnot(also known as the father of Thermodynamics), gave the working of a Engine.

Nikolaus Otto( German engineer) & Étienne Lenoir(Belgian engineer), invent the first Heat Engine using the working of Carnot Engine.

Development of the World depends upon Engineers and Science

As we know, the world progress depends upon the research of Scientific Theories & Invention of Engineers.

Science:-

Science is defined as the Knowledge that's practically proved in Laboratories. Science is changing the world with its Theories, Laws and Principles. Today's life is known as the life of Science. No one can successful until he accepts the Science. Albert Einstein said, "Once you stop Learning, You start dying.". That's clearly states, if someone wants to live in this world, he has to learn Modern Knowledge of the world because without knowing it, he'll be useless.

Engineering:-

Engineering is defined as the Mathematical, Scientific and Social Practical(Applicable) knowledge of the World. Engineers are the ones, who put theories into the Body of Reality. Albert Einstein said, "Scientist is a person who come up with ideas, and a Engineer is the person who invent something using that idea."

Science and Engineering are related to each other in someway and their Nature is differ from each other. Science gives descriptive data and Engineers use that data and invent some thing new. So, we can understand clearly that both are depend on each other. 

Suppose, there's no Engineering in this World. So what'll happen to this world? Science Theories are then just written words to World. And the same thing effects if we neglect Science. Both are the reason of Development of this World. 

What are Scientific Theories?

A Scientific theories are the well explained of some aspects of Natural world, base on fact that are repeatedly through observations and experiments. Theories are the facts that supported with practically proved experiments.

• Theory of Evolution
• Theory of Relativity

 Theory of Evolution (Darwinism)

Theory of Evolution was presented by Charles Darwin was an English naturalist and geologist. He said, " Human is evolved form of animal and all other species such as fishes and other animals also is the result of evolution of species."

In this pic, We can see that Darwin claimed that Monkey is the ancestor of Human. Human is the evolved form of Monkey.

Theory of Relativity

Albert Einstein presented the Theory of Relativity When Isaac Newton presented the law of Gravity that is Everything in this world attracts every other thing toward their self. But Einstein wasn't satisfied with Newton explanations. Then Albert Einstein states the Theory of Relativity that states the force that attract moon to Earth, Earth to Sun and remaining other planet to Sun is due to the curves in Space. The speed of Light is same in vacuum and space is flat when there's no matter but  if we brings the sun the flat space turn to curve and other planet also produce some curve in space and they attract to sun due to it major mass and Curve it created in space.

Invention of Engineering

 Engine

One of the biggest invention of this century of engineering is Engine. Engine is the mechanical device that converts heat energy into mechanical energy. Engine or Heat Engine includes Internal combustion and external combustion( Steam Engine) that produce heat and then heat convert into force in result it produce mechanical energy.

 Cell Phone

Cell phone is an electronic communication device which works on radio frequency and transmit data in the form of text and voice. In the beginning of cell phone technology, It can only transmit Voice type data through radio frequency but as the days passes Cell phone started to coming up with latest technology i.e processors, ram, touch screen, etc changes the total purpose of cell phone in to mini computer. Today, we can see that we that a computer carrying in our pocket and we can do whatever we need. Cellular networks introduce 2G, 3G, 4G technology in cell phones and now cell phones with such awesome features also known as Smart Phones.

Airplane

Airplane is one the biggest invention of 21st century. It's wonderful invention and example the practical work of Engineering. Airplane, ever first build by the Wright-Brothers.

This is the first plane that take off and build by Wright Brothers. It's the first model of airplane.

After the invention of plane by Wright Brothers, Engineers started to work on developing the model of airplane. In 21st century, Engineers have developed model of airplane that is Airbus A30 largest plane on earth.
