Our Life is full of tensions. Every persons in this world, either he/she is poor, or Rich,have some problems in their life. If He/he is Rich, they are worry about their wealth, may be loosed, how we can care their wealth??, they have fear of loss in the business etc .
When we see the poor person, they are fear about their hunger, their shelter etc. conclusion is that, every persons in this world has some problems and want to become happy, but they don't. They find happiness around the world, some time in wealth, some time in music, some time in friends etc, but their mind is still in the tensions of their problems. so according to my opinion, to become happy, we must fallow the following rules.
1) Clear our mind from the problems for a minute.
2) Now think every thing positive.
3) if some thing doing wrong in the start of the day, then don't hesitate, and don't think that now whole day will be doing wrong. This is our negative approach.
4) You must clear that, every thing in this world are linked with our brain. So now what you think in your mind, then this will happen with you in the real life mostly.
5) Soif some thing doing wrong in the start of the day, then don't hesitate, and don't think that now whole day will be doing wrong, make your thinking in positive direction, and think and say , this is nothing, and every thing will become right.
6) If you practice this exercise almost 10 days, you must feel that, now everything in your life becoming right, nothing is going to wrong.
7) Now if there will be some problems come in front of you, now you can handle it easily.
8) Now Your internal system is going in the right direction, and every thing will be right, so you can feel HAPPINESS every where around you.
