Sheer khurma.
Ingredients
Milk 1 kg.
Vermicelli 1 cup.
Comelle 1/4 ti
sugar 1/2.
Cardamom 4.
Saffron.
Cashew.
Almond 1/2 cup.
Date 1/4 cup. Boiled in one cup milk.
Food color yellow.
Cooking oil 3 spoon.

Heat the oil and put cardamom, make brownish, now put vermicelli and fry it till become light brown. After include milk and sugar and cook it on low heat.
Put yellow food color.
Remove it from heat include saffron and garnish it with , almond , cashews, and dates.
