In the month of February this year an American atheist blogger was hacked to death in the Bangladesh at its capital, Dhaka.  The whole world was shocked and the Bangladesh government was severely criticized for its failure to save the country's independent writers from the religious fundamentalists. But things have not improved yet and on Monday, another blogger has been killed in the same way at its capital, Dhaka.
