Hi all,

My first blog and i've decided to let people know about my drama short currently in progress.
Just had a green light proposal meeting today, quite nervous going in for it as i wasn't over confident with how much I expressed my idea. I didnt want to give away to much though as i was presenting it to a group and although we have to crew on each other films i kind of dont want to let all of my secrets for it out the bag already. I mean its not like im bothered if people do hear about it but i want them to look forward to something when they come to watch it rather than having an opinion before they've entered the screening.

Anyway, i think it went quite well. Luckily enough everyone in the group was green lit and we can get on with our films. I'm quite excited for my idea, its close to me and i really think with the right research, cast and crew i can really do my story justice.

I have a lot of things to get on with to make sure my film is what i want it to be. My number one goal for the end of this week is to ensure my research is sufficient enough to let me carry on with the next stage of my film, which will be;  scripting my film, scouting a location, getting the right actor and finding the right props. each of these tasks i'm going to do one at a time. really finding everything i need and doing research into all of them is vital for me.
