War is the saddest part of human history. Just to think how many innocent people died over pointless. Well you must have guessed the topic of this post. What is the shortest war in history? Can anyone guess?
The answer is the Anglo-Zanzibar War in 1896. The war lasted a whopping 40 minutes. The war was between the Sultanate of Zanzibar and the United Kingdom.
Basically the Sultanate of Zanzibar chose a new sultan and the United Kingdom didn't approve.
I think this war was crazy and could've been avoided very easily. This short blog is just to make you all aware about this amazing fact. Now what do you say?
