In my opinion ,today's children are very emotionally and they accept  every one's opinion and think that they are right.So,they shouldn't use cell phone. Sometimes it is necessary that children in this age should have cell phone in this cause it is the parents job to control them self and also,they should tell the advantages and disadvantages of cell phone for their children in this cause they use the cell phone in positive way.
