Simple healthy egg and spinach omlette
Hi my friends, here I come with my unique recipe of Egg and spinach. Hope you will like this.
Ingredients
Eggs
Spinach
Butter
Salt
Fat free cheese
Method:
First boil the spiach leaves. Then, add egg, boiled spinach and some salt in a container and mix it well. Take a pan, pour butter on the pan and heat it. Pour the mixture of egg and spinach mix into the pan. Add on top fat free cheese. Cooked on both sides untill slightly golden colors.
Spinach and egg omellete is one of the best things to eat after a workout.
