INGREDIENTS:
For the filling:

- 1 kilo of ground lean pork
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
For the dough:
- 4 cups flour
- 3/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup margarine or butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons dry yeast
- 1 egg
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a preheated pan with oil, sauté garlic and onion
- Add pork. Stir well until well cooked
- Add oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sugar, salt, pepper and ¼ cup water. Stir from time to time and simmer
- Dissolve cornstarch in water and add to mixture. Wait until the sauce thickens, remove from heat and set aside.
- Get a big bowl and mix flour, yeast, salt and a bit of sugar
- On a baking pan, pour milk, water, butter and heat until butter melts
- Beat the egg and pour into the flour mixture
- Pour milk mixture onto the flour mixture until dough is formed
- Knead dough and wait for 30 minutes until it rises
- Cut dough into equal pieces and flatten each piece with a bottle or rolling pin
- Place a tablespoon of filling on each flattened dough and seal
- Put dough with fillings in a grease-smeared pan with wax paper and put into steamer for 15 minutes
