Dear friends, Good evening to all, How are you doing?
In my organization I got a mail that they are in the process of identifying the skill set in the existing manpower and then impart a training to those who are not good in few new area.

This sounds really a good initiative from the company because company is investing fund to train their man power so that they can perform in a more better way and give amazing output that will later on emerge as profitable organization.

Here the best part is employee has to fill the format so he can choose the training of his or her own choice
