sleeping is one of activity to rest our body after working hard in a day, sleeping has many benefits for our health because by sleeping we can lose our stress and lose our emotion, even can lose our problem. sleeping is needed by everone in this world.
what will happen if there is someone who is difficult to sleep? what is the good solution?. I think it happens because of the imsonia that means the desease where someone is getting trouble when he/she wants to sleep soundly. even though they have drunk some medicine, but it doesn't work.
the good solution is by trying to read some books or magazines while lie down, it will work fast because by reading books and magazines our eyes will be tired and make our eyes closedby itself. so that why many students who sleep while hold thier books or magazines.
