Ingredients
2 pounds baby back pork ribs, fat trimmed
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 cups BBQ sauce (try my roasted strawberry BBQ sauce)
Directions
- Pat the ribs dry, season with salt and pepper, place them in the slow cooker with the bones vertical wrapped around the inside, pour 1 cup of the BBQ sauce over the ribs and cook on low until fall off the bone tender, about 6-8 hours.
- Brush the remaining BBQ sauce on the ribs and grill or broil until the sauce is bubbling and just starting to char.
