I am trying to use my slow cooker more.
I cooked a ham joint last night in it which should last us a week, we prefer this kind of ham than the packet ham that can be purchased.
Today I have cooked a beef casserole in the slow cooker using up the vegetables in the fridge - leeks, carrots and potatoes, I am hoping my daughter will enjoy it, she loves her vegetables and meat but it have to be really soft - ie slow cooked.
I want to make some dumplings so I best go get them on actually, trust me to forget the dumplings! opss! bye!!
