Being tidy is one of the first things I check, be it the room, the place, the person or anything that needs cleaning. Back in June, one new tenant occupied the vacant space in the first room. Now they are three (3) inside that room – which is okay for 3 persons. The first two guys were untidy. You can smell the filthiness whenever their door is open. The newcomer is tidy honest to goodness. He turned the room looked clean and fresh. He said he cleaned the room – the mess of the other 2 guys. After weeks of giving them reminders, the two did not learn their lessons. They hated the newcomer because of being clean? The landlady talked to the 3 of them to sort things out – they had harsh conversations. They don’t like the newcomer to be in that filthy room.

Just earlier this morning, the landlady was looking for the newcomer. I told her that the newcomer just leave for work. So she told me that the newcomer decided to leave and end his leasing contract and she disappeared when I look up to her – (I was busy with the tapping when she’s talking to me). Then I heard she was talking to the 2. After 10 minutes – I heard voices in the room. They are very happy with the news. So, they are rejoicing because the newcomer finally decided to leave so that room will be back as messy as before.
