Growing up and not having a college degree meant I had a lot of work ahead of me in the school of hard-knox. I tried to get a promotion many times. These are promotions for jobs that did not require much skill for an entry level management position. However, I never seemed to get the promotion.

Most of the time, it is because of my problem solving skills. This was not clearly understood by me until I enrolled at ITT Technical Institute. Grant it some might beg to differ that it is not a college. But, we have math and English as well as physics.

I had to take a class in problem solving my first term there. I was not thrilled about taking it. But I tell you, I learned quite a bit from it. I am a better problem solver now because of it. Now, if I can just get another interview.
