There are many useful ways to keep our body fit and very wealthy .these all ways and things help us to keep us very healthy active and very fit man .we do many things many ways and eat many things to keep our self fit why < because as you know that health is the wealth , it is very famous saying , but nowadays we are not acting upon this saying , I say that the health is everything . I want to ask a question from you question is that is money everything , not no money is not everything in this world but you can say easily with satisfaction that health is every thing in the world . keeping good health is very difficult nowadays because today we have all artificial things in earlier ages all the people were very healthy fit and active because they eat all the natural things like natural fruits , natural fruits , and other natural and essential things and they do not like harmful artificial things they eat only the natural thing . nowadays a few natural things and other good things for our health things are present today but other things are very abundant are artificial things these all things are not essential for us for our health . some good ways to keep good health are given below .
1 Eat all natural things like fruits , milk , meat , and natural vegetables .
2 anyhow do not eat any poison thing and avoid eating outside .
3 make a habit of walking in the early in the morning is very good .
4 Always sleep early in the night and also wake up early morning .
5 if you want to healthy like exercise , take a exercise at your home in early in the morning because it is very essential to keep our self fit and active ,
