At work my officemates know everything illegal. They have the nerves!

Some are not following break schedules, others don't really mine their productivity and reliability reports will reflect what they are doing. Schedule adherence is one of the important things in the business. This will show how an employee manages his time by following what is scheduled by the workforce analyst.

He was coached yesterday about not following break on time - this is important.

Yesterday, the rest of the guys in my team say someone is spying on them. Someone might have reported them to the workforce. The WF department already called out those guys who are violating protocols.
