We are in a very intense energy-download time and the biggest thing about this is your Integrity is up for review. Use Discernment with everything. Speak the truth; Be the truth. There is no hiding; no lying; for all eventually will be exposed.
Keep it simple. Anything that is convoluted or has many steps is not of Integrity. There may be deception with even those you deem as spiritually evolved. Go beyond the surface and make sure it resonates with your Heart, rather than blindly following.
Make sure that everything you say is pure and truthful. Be in your highest Integrity. Before saying or doing something, make sure it is in alignment with your Highest Self. Standing in your Integrity is essential for standing in your Power; and this, we know, is what is so important to do now, being Authentic Sovereign Beings  Always be yourself. Never try to hide who you are. The only shame is to have shame. Always stand up for what you believe in. Always question what other people tell you. Never regret the past. It's a waste of time. There's a reason for everything. Every mistake, every moment of weakness, every terrible thing that has happened to you. Grow from it. The only way you can ever get the respect of others is when you show them that you respect yourself and most importantly, do your thing and never apologize for being you
