TIPS
- To make a delicious chaat make sure yogurt is not sweet and it should be thick.
- Do not too much mix chaat when you added yogurt, mix well when you added all spices then add yogurt. It should prevent your chaat to be too much thin and watery.
- When you added salt and spice in onion and tomatoes mixture do not leave it for a long period of time because onion leaves water and a smell.
- Make chaat when you are going to serve it, it’s really delight dish and if it is left for a long time I starts to leave water, all your chaat become watery.
- Make sure potatoes and boiled red bean, chickpeas are cooled well otherwise when you add warm they start to cook onion and tomatoes.
