Spicy Chickpea Recipe
INGREDIENTS: -
- 1 cup boiled chickpeas
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp dry mango powder
- 2 tsp roasted cumin powder
- 2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp roasted coriander seeds powder
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 chopped tomatoes
- coriander leaves for garnish
- 2 tsp thinly sliced Ginger for garnish
- 3 full spoon oil
- 1 cup water
- 2 tsp lemon juice
Direction
- In a pan preheat oil and add all spices then added boiled chickpeas and water.
- Cover pan with a lid and cook peas on slow flame.
- When all spicy coated with chickpeas well add chopped onion, ginger and tomato.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Finely off the flame and mix lemon juice and garnish with coriander leaves.
