Via Origin EA have confirmed the system specs needed to run the forthcoming Star Wars: Battlefront. The processor and graphics requirements aren’t all that surprising, but what is surprising is the demand for a minimum of 8GB of RAM, and a recommendation for 16GB. Exactly what the recommended specs are recommended for is anyone’s guess. I remain perplexed as to why companies don’t mention what these specs list are actually based. Is 16GB RAM for people aiming to run in at 4K and 60FPS in the Arctic while summoning Satan in order to force him into somehow thinking hell has indeed frozen over? Also, note the odd listing for Windows 10 under the recommended specs list.
