This is what I do. I got a Starbucks gift card..... must put at least $5 on it each time, but that is money to spend on drinks, food or other merchandise such as cups,mugs, coffee machines for at home, drink cups or mixes and much more. After buying the card, stand aside or go to a table with your online device....... android cell phone, iphone, tablet, laptop...... whatever you use. Go to www.starbucks.com and start an account, register your card. Sign up for the emails and they tell you about special deals they have.

Because I usually sit in the coffee shop with my laptop and research and write I can get refills on coffee or tea, therefore I buy the "tall" size (tall size is actually the small size, but they named it "tall" to make it sound good,lol) But  they do have a "short" in cold drinks. At that point I was at the first level called "Welcome level" And I received one "star" on my account. Each time I purchased something I got another "star". During the time I was sitting there I would get refills of my coffee or tea for 53 cents! Plus for your birthday every year I also get a free drink!

After I got 5 stars within 12 months time, which was easy for me, considering I was there everyday, I was promoted to the "Green level" and I continued to get my coffees and teas in the "tall" size and got them refilled for 53 cents each time. Then after 12 stars I got a reward! The only way to know about that is to log into your account to check your balance, stars and rewards. When I would get my rewards I would then get for free the "Venti" (very large) drink of one of their more expensive drinks (I'm not dumb! lol)

After a few months I got a "Gold" card in the mail from Starbucks with my name imprinted on it (I was cool then, LMBO!) That was because I had 30 stars within 12 months. Now I get my refills also for free and receive more specials which are emailed to me.

I actually save money by doing this!
