Finally after 2 months gap i started going to Gym, I thought i might have put on some weight but to my surprise i lost about a KG in those 2 month but,starting to exercise again gave me so much pain OH God my arms shoulder back everything is hurting and i have not even actually started to do the exercise. Just some yoga and cardio. some other things that i keep forgetting the Name of.
I'm in pain but its much needed as i have this huge belly that i need to get rid off
AH How i Detest going to Gym, Yet i enjoy the time spent.
