Trying to be positive is difficult, especially when you are not a positive person. I find it difficult to think positive as I automatically see the negative first. This is because I feel so many bad things have happened I don't know how to look for the positive in things. Having depression and fibromyalgia have made me worse too. But I am going to try and change my attitude towards things before I send myself in to a pit of misery! I don't want to feel like this all the time and not be happy
