One look at the leaderboard, it will instil the passion I want to be there! Perhaps, it is better for us to know that these individuals chose to be self-disciplined.
Though to be self-discipline, we must go out of our

Success does not just come overnight, it is earned (at least in my experience).
To be committed to success, the right combination of passion, perseverance, positivity and the right motivator (in the case of bitlanders the dollar sign) can keep you focused on realizing the set objectives.
Individuals on the leaderboard are committed to becoming successful. They envisioned the leaderboard and are tirelessly working to be on the board and earn reasonable amount daily.
Earning is entirely up to you, stay committed, pressing-on, a-day-a time, you will soon find yourself on the leaderboard.
However, to be successful a little belief, a little hope and faith will have to be your watchword. Clues, pointers and recommendation will only get you thus far, in the end, the decision to succeed remains entirely up to you.
Staying committed to the cause of action, spending more days lights and shorts night buzzing and sharing to earn base buzz and direct power-ups is all part of the hard work you put into becoming successful.
