Strawberry Chiffon Pie

It is a sweet dish. It is easy to cook and is very delicious. People like it very much.

In this dish I use strawberry but you also use other fruits instead of strawberry.

For the  Strawberry Filling:

Ingredients

1-      Unflavored gelatin

2-      Cold water

3-      Sugar

4-      Mashed strawberry

For the Swiss Meringue:

Ingredients

1-      egg whites

2-      cream of tarter

3-      sugar

4-      heavy cream

5-      pie crust, baked

Procedure

Put the gelatin in cold water. And put them at the side until it become soft. Now put the soft gelatin, sugar, and mashed strawberry in a pan. Heat it until it become boil. Now put the pan in cold water.

Put egg whites, cream of tartar, and sugar in a bowl and paste them in water present on another utensil on the stove. Heat it until the mixture become hot.

Cold the mixture. And add cream, also add some cream into the filing mixture, and put the mixture in cooled baked pie shells. Now chill it.
