Games play very important role to keep us healthy and fit, other than fresh food and pure water. They give us physically fitness and mentally freshness.
In the developed countries the games are the part of education and they make academies for games where students learn how to play, first they check the physical state and thinking of the student and also his interest that which kind of game a child want to play and they give their own opinion that which game is better for him. And this is for both boys and girls not restricted for any one. Then we see that they prepare Great Athletes and Gymnastics who make their names in the world.
Now in the Pakistan the trend of games is increase in the school and colleges the sports festivals are being too held to promote the games and local cultures. In private schools it is being too seen that the game period is introduced in which children’s play their different games and make physical activity.
The Cricket, Hockey and Football are the most popular games. The period of geomantic is also introduced to mention the physical fitness it is kept necessary for both boys and girls.
In Pakistan we found the natural talents by birth in many games as well as in education. There are lots of Pakistani players who have name not only in the Pakistan but also in the world like “Shahid Afridi” is the great name in cricket, and much more like this have their own name in games. In summer session lot of local sports festival are held out to promote the local games. These kinds of physical activity keep us active and healthy and make our body strong.
