Ingredients
8 large potatoes
garlic spread
parsley
oregano
milk
butter
cheese
Method
1. Wash and scrub potatoes
2. Cut potatoes in half
3. Dry potatoes
4. Place in a foil pan and bake in oven until potatoes are cooked
5. Remove from oven and let cool for about 5 mins
6. Take a spoon and scoop out the insides of the potatoes
7. Place in a bowl
8. Add to the potato, cheese, garlic spread, milk, butter,parsley and oregano
9. Mix all ingredients together
10. Stuff the mixture back into the potato skins
11. Sprinkle with cheese
12. Place back in the oven until brown.
