According to Bouncer Chronicles former rap mogul Marion "Suge" Knight is suing R&B singer Chris Brown and West Hollywood nightclub 1OAK. Suge was shot 7 times at a party that Brown was hosting. The lawsuit was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court and accuses Brown and night club 1OAK of failing to have enough security and allowing at least 1 armed person into the event.

Suge sustained gunshot wounds to his abdomen, chest and forearm. The lawsuit does not state how much Suge is asking for but does ask to have both his past and present medical expenses covered. Also, a lawsuit was filed against 1OAK in West Hollywood stating the club should have taken special security precautions because of Brown's history of violence and gang ties.
