This gym encompasses diverse facilities including arenas , a training hall  ( dojo ) for martial arts , an indoor pool and a multipurpose athletic court for sports like archery and futsal / indoor football .

 

When the main and smaller arenas are converted into one space it covers an area 81 x 38 meters making it one of the largest class of arenas in TOKYO .
