Afghan Girls Financial Assistance Fund (AGFAF) is a 501(c)(3) charity featured on bitcharities.com. AGFAF provides financial assistance to Afghan girls who study in the US.
They have already supported about 33 Afghan students so they can receive a good education in the US, through a partnership with students and their families, secondary schools or colleges, and American host families. AGFAF provides and covers expenses related to visa fees, computers, books, healthcare and airfare to the US and back. They also provide summer internships for the Afghan students while the academic institutions also cover the students' tuition and living expenses.
In 2013, one of AGFAF students won Glamour Magazine's Top College Woman Grand Prize.
