Man has made his mark all over the world. So it's always satisfying to see when Nature strikes back and says: you're not taming me. But in the case of the ancient Cambodian temple of Ta Prohm, the presence of an old tree growing through the ruins is more an example of the passage of time.Built in in the late 12th and early 13th centuries and originally called Rajavihara, Ta Prohm was once home to 18 high priests and 615 dancers but was abandoned nearly 400 years ago. It's a popular place to visit, but one that will still leave you in awe.
