Michelle is the first person whom I became friend with when I was staying in Cebu for college. We met when we were on our way to San Carlos University for our DOST Scholars summer training. We were late and we met at the main gate of the said school, I approached her asking if she is looking for the DOST scholars hall and she nodded, we went the same way and we then became friends that time on. Coincidentally, we learned we are going to the same school and we have the same course as well.

We have been really close during the entire college life. We joined different organizations together, we party together, we study together and that four years had been so fast. 

I didn't know that on our graduation day, she was actually pregnant. Now, she has two children, the younger one is named Zoe. She is a cute baby, she loves seeing flowers and sparkling lights. Whenever she sees a flower, she smiles and shouts flower while pointing to it. Michelle told me whenever they go to a park and she sees a flower, she wants it to be placed in between her ears. She loves to dance and run.

Then lately, they noticed that when she runs, she gets tired easily, her fingernails turns blue and her heart beating so fast. They had to have her checked up.

A few days ago, Michelle had messaged me on Facebook telling me that when they had her checked, the doctor's finding was that she has a congenital heart defect. Zoe has to go through a 2D so to check what kind of defect. Then yesterday, my friend informed me that Zoe has a condition called Tetralogy of Fallot. I looked it up on the internet and found this:

Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF) is a congenital heart defect which is classically understood to involve four anatomical abnormalities of the heart (although only three of them are always present). It is the most common cyanotic heart defect, and the most common cause of blue baby syndrome.

I couldn't understand the above definition so I have to check the video:
