Thank you everyone for your thoughts and prayers~ the knee surgery was a success!

Thank you to my orthopedic surgeon Dr Billy del Rosario, Dr Ontengco, my nurses Ms Bea, Ms Val & Ms Claire, my anesthesiologist Dra Mara Cabrera, Mr Carl for the painless blood tests, Mr JM (also from POSK groups) for assisting us with the room and all the other doctors & nurses in St Luke's QC hospital who helped us out. Thanks to my parents and my Eric Ejercito for taking care of me the whole time!

Now it's time to recover...

To those not updated:
11 years ago, I got into a cheerleading stunt accident that resulted in an ACL injury on my left knee. Back in 2003, we had it X-rayed and the doctor said to get an operation. I couldn't walk for weeks but I told myself that I might not need it and it might get better over time. So I didn't go through with the operation... Unfortunately, it worsened. Since the ligament is torn, every step I take the cartilage in the knee weakens and thins out. That's why it's been hurting so much recently since I travel/walk a lot. It is very unstable/wobbly now.

I wish I didn't need the operation..but this isn't just a minor thing. We had it scanned again last week and the doctor adviced again to get the operation done this time around because in the future it will just get worse and it can lead to knee arthritis and a total knee replacement operation is much more painful and more expensive than repairing an ACL injury.

My shoulder dislocation and tailbone fracture, I can live with. But this one, I can't walk, I can't exercise, I can't do much stairs and our house is filled with it. We wouldn't spend a lot of time, money and effort if it was something not needed. So hope you guys understand... Sorry for the sad posts.. But everything will be ok! Can't wait to be back up and running and doing lotsa fun stuff & videos again!
